At KhalsaGPT, we strive to provide the best service possible. However, due to the nature of our service and its reliance on Microsoft tokens, we are unable to offer refunds. Our system can’t track individual user token usage, which is necessary for processing refunds.
We pay for these tokens in advance to ensure that our service remains operational and efficient for our users. Consequently, once tokens are allocated to your account, they are considered utilized, and we are unable to reclaim or refund the cost.
